Recommendations before we begin a collaboration

A man with a beard points at a whiteboard covered in sticky notes during a planning or brainstorming session, with a window and blinds in the background.

We start with a conversation, free and a mutual introduction of each other — a short conversation to see if timing, chemistry, and expectations align. It’s almost always time well spent.

Every piece of advisory work and teaching is tailored to your situation.

If you’re part of your organisation’s executive team, we’ll begin by clarifying your challenges — and the level of responsibility you’re ready to delegate. Once that’s defined, it becomes the foundation for how far the collaboration can take us.

I can lead a full process from start to finish or join an existing one. When it adds value, I also bring in other voices and perspectives (consultants and/or artists).

My approach is rooted in transparency and responsible consulting practice.
My aim is to make your organisation stronger, wiser — and ultimately independent of me — while earning a living from what I do best.

These principles are well described in Mariana Mazzucato’s The Big Con — a book I believe every consultant and client should read.

What I Offer

  • Workshops are interactive sessions designed to explore topics in new ways. They combine practical exercises with relevant theory — but above all, they create space for presence and reflection, guided by an experienced facilitator.

Each session unfolds a theme — and helps you make it your own.

  • Curriculum, choice of venues, talks, and guest lecturers — everything can be designed and curated to match your needs.

This form of learning holds tremendous potential, carefully shaped around your target group and polymedia profiles.

  • A talk or keynote can be framed around themes such as:

    • Psychological Safety — theory and practice in real organisational contexts

    • Shared Responsibility — the untapped potential of civil society

    • DE&I — aligning trends, values, and cultural codes

    • Politics of Nature — exploring system critique and interspecies dialogue through play

    • Sports and Inclusion — why this responsibility must be shared and sustained
